Job Description:
Ford Agency is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our growing team in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
We are looking for an individual who enjoys helping people, building lasting relationships, and achieving personal and professional success.
This position offers a guaranteed base salary plus commission, providing an excellent opportunity to increase earnings through performance and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with auto, homeowners, renters, and other property and casualty insurance products.
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and agency-provided leads.
- Prepare and present insurance quotes tailored to customers' needs.
- Explain insurance coverage options, discounts, and policy benefits.
- Identify opportunities to bundle insurance policies.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert quotes into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide professional, friendly, and responsive customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records and manage follow-up activities.
- Work collaboratively with the agency team to support business growth.
Compensation & Opportunities:
